Venture Capital Carnival vol. 3
This month I still received a lot of submissions that were not technically within the carnival topic; however, a lot of the submissions were relevant to startup and venture backed companies, so I added a section at the end on general business advice.
wilson ng presents SME #8 - Venture Capital and the Startup posted at Reflections of a BizDrivenLife, saying, “the common wisdom for startups, especially for non conventional businesses is to go looking for venture capital. But before you do that, it might make good sense to first see if the VC and yourself have common denominator goals of how to grow the company.”

If you are interested in being featured in a future Venture Capital Carnival, submit your posting at the Blog Carnival. I publish a new carnival every month with the deadline for submissions being the 20th of the month. Please note that this carnival is specific to venture capital: raising it, managing it, and dealing with the issues that arise from being a venture backed company. Past posts and future hosts can be found on our blog carnival index page.
